**IVB Media Shipping Policy**  

At IVB Media, we are committed to providing reliable shipping services for all products. The following outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and options.  

**Shipping Methods & Delivery Times**  
- Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on most orders. Delivery usually takes 1-7 business days depending on your location and product availability.  
- Expedited Shipping: Most orders over $49 qualify for free expedited shipping, with delivery usually within 1-2 business days.  
- Signature Requirements: For high-value items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Contact our support team before ordering if you need special arrangements such as holding your package at a carrier location.  

**Carrier Information**  
- We use carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.  
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress.  
- You may request to have your shipment held for pickup at a carrier’s location.  

**Order Processing**  
- Orders placed after our daily shipping cut-off may ship the next business day.  
- If an item is backordered, we will notify you by email with updated delivery estimates.  

**Shipping Restrictions**  
- We do not re-route packages or change delivery addresses after shipping.  
- If a shipment is not delivered and is returned to IVB Media, you will receive a full refund.  

**Claims & Damages**  
- If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.  

**International Shipping**  
- Currently, we ship only within the United States. For special requests outside the U.S., contact our sales department.  

**Rentals & Special Services**  
- Rental products may have different shipping arrangements. Contact our rentals department for details.
